Our Graduate Program isn’t your average 9-5. Get ready for hands-on experience by taking responsibility and ownership right from the start. You’ll be mentored by seasoned professionals, but don’t be surprised if we are tapping into your Gen Z wisdom – your perspective is our secret ingredient.
During the approx. 20-month Graduate Program, you will have assignments in different departments within our Commercial functions and thus gain a wide range of experience. Challenging tasks await you in areas such as (assignments and order may vary):

Are these your secret ingredients?
- Fresh Minds Wanted: recent university graduates or on the brink of graduation (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in any field – we love unconventional!
- Experience on the CV: up to 2 years of hands-on experience (internships, side gigs, projects, etc.) -we value real-world-know-how!
