Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland is the biggest company in the non-alcoholic beverage industry in Switzerland and is a strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.

For our Rising Talents Graduate Program, we are looking for proactive and enthusiastic graduates with a hands-on mentality, ready to gain critical experiences to build a great career within Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland. As a Graduate Trainee, you take on responsibility right from the start and contribute to the success of Coca-Cola HBC with your own initiative.

During the approx. 20-month Graduate Program, you will have assignments in different departments within the Finance function and thus gain a wide range of experience. Challenging tasks await you in areas such as for example (assignments and order may vary):

• Financial Accounting / Financial Planning
• Commercial Finance
• Supply Chain Finance

In addition, there will be a short cross-departmental assignment in Sales, during which you will further develop your know-how as well as grow your network.

Are these your secret ingredients?

• You are a recent graduate from university (bachelor's or master's degree) or about to graduate in Business Administration with specialization in Finance & Controlling
• You have up to 1-2 years of work experience (internships, student job, etc.)
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel in particular – and Power BI; knowledge of Phyton and SAP is an advantage
• You have good analytical skills as well as a conceptual and result-oriented way of thinking and acting
• You are eager to learn, have a strong drive to make an impact and to continuously develop yourself
• You are a team player that embraces cross-functional support and partners with internal customers, you show initiative and want to contribute to the success of Coca-Cola HBC Schweiz AG
