This is what YOUR future team does:


We are driving the growth of Neustark by rapidly building new partnerships with corporates that have ambitious net-zero targets. The sales team is spearheading the expansion of the Neustark footprint and opening new markets within a hyper-growth environment. Our team specializes in enabling sales representatives in any way we can, so that they’re able to close deals faster. We focus on identifying and qualifying leads, ensuring that they meet our criteria before passing them on to the sales team.

YOUR mission at neustark

A key focus of your role will be supporting the development of new business models, particularly in the area of Storage as a Service. As part of this initiative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with companies and public institutions across Europe, with a focus on the DACH region, France, and England. Your research and outreach will contribute to the establishment of long-term partnerships that enable the permanent storage of CO? emissions in mineral waste or geological formations.

  • Research and identify potential partners in the field of Storage as a Service, including corporate emitters, waste management companies, and governmental institutions.
  • Analyze market trends and regulatory developments to identify opportunities for CO? storage solutions
  • Prepare and enrich data (such as outreach lists), including looking for relevant information in sustainability reports of companies.
  • Send personalized cold emails and conduct cold calls to potential leads to engage and qualify them.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts.

Limiting global warming to 1.5°C implies reaching net zero CO2 emissions in 2050 according to the IPCC. Next to substantially reducing emissions, this target will only be possible by globally deploying carbon removal at the scale of billions of tons of CO2.

Neustark is a leading provider in this rapidly growing field, having developed a solution to durably store CO2 from the air in recycled mineral waste such as demolished concrete.

Founded in 2019 in Switzerland, our first solutions have been deployed in Europe and are already capturing and storing tons of CO2 every day. We are currently scaling up our operations and carbon removal impact globally – on the road to removing one million tons of CO2 in 2030, and beyond that.
