For our team in Zurich, we are looking for a

Part-Time IT Support Student (On-Site)

Your main tasks:

• Troubleshoot common IT equipment issues, such as printers, scanners, Wi-Fi connectivity, TV screens, cabling.
• Assist with hardware setup and maintenance for workstations and office devices.
• Provide basic IT support to employees for routine technical issues.
• Support with meeting room setup (e.g., connectivity, display issues).
• Handle on-site IT tasks that require physical presence
• Collaborate with the remote IT Support team for more complex problems, ensuring smooth resolution.

Your competencies:

• Interest in IT, technology, or related fields (no formal IT experience required, but a plus) / Currently studying IT, engineering, or a related field, or strong interest in technology
• Experience with troubleshooting basic IT issues is a plus (printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, cabling).
• Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication skills in English (German is a plus but not required).
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with the remote IT team.
