KEY INFORMATION

• Start date: June 1st 2025.

• For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.

• We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training ~70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!

• You have a student status in June 2025 OR graduated in or after May 2025

YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE

We are looking for a: Merchandising Internto join our Napapijri VF EMEA Internship Program.

We are looking for someone with a background in Economics, Management, Engineering or Fashion Business related studies.

This role is part of the Global Product Merchandising Team, supporting product line planning, pricing analysis, sales tools creation, and cross-functional coordination.

The Merchandising Internwill support the team in:

• Product Data & Systems Management:Maintain and update the line list, ensuring all product information, pricing, and competitive mapping is accurate.

• Sales & Merchandising Tools:Assist in creating and updating key sales materials such as seasonal catalogs, product overviews, and internal presentations.

• Competitor Benchmarking:Conduct pricing and market analysis to compare Napapijri with key competitors, helping shape the product positioning.

• Sample Coordination:Manage product samples across categories, assisting with collection organization and showroom displays for key seasonal presentations.

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:cooperate with Product & Design to align on product overviews, with Marketing to ensure strong product storytelling, and with Sales & DTC teams to support seasonal assortment planning.

• Ad Hoc Support:Assist in various merchandising projects and deep-dive analyses related to sell-in & sell-out performance.

• A deep understanding of merchandising and the end-to-end product lifecycle.

• Gained experience in Go-To-Market planning, working alongside key departments.

• Strengthened data analysis skills, learning to interpret sell-in and sell-out data to support decision-making.

• Improved organization, communication, and presentation skills while working in an international and fast-paced environment.

• Gained proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and merchandising systems (PLM, Flex).
