For our client, an internationally operating pharmaceutical company with its Swiss headquarters in the Zurich area we are looking for a:

Join an international team and support clinical trials and regulatory processes. Develop your skills in project and stakeholder management while taking on increasing responsibilities in a leading pharmaceutical company.

Your main tasks

• Support the Executive Office team with event organization, strategic projects, and onboarding of new employees
• Manage budgets and process invoices
• Create PowerPoint presentations and materials for internal and external communication
• Maintain and manage the intranet
• Responsible for visual and audio recordings (including training on how to use equipment & studio)

Your profile

• Fluent in English and German

• Enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student

• Ability to work professionally with high-level stakeholders
• Team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Structured and strategic thinking with strong attention to detail, as well as proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
