SIX International Graduate Program - Product Management

What You Will Do

• You spend your first placement in Debit & ATM Services team in the business unit Banking Services
• Choose the remaining rotations yourself: whether in the stock exchange, security services or financial information, as long as it is within the scope of your specialization
• Enhance your profile as a Product Manager at SIX with on-the-job training
• Receive guidance from a senior mentor throughout the intensive program, leveraging his experience to enhance your learning and development
• Expand your professional horizons with initial work experiences abroad in Madrid or Warsaw, and build a robust network across the company through diverse placements

What You Bring

• Completed (or to be completed this summer) Bachelor’s or Master's degree preferable in the field of Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or similar at a university or university of applied sciences
• First relevant working experience e.g. As working student or with an internship
• Analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
• A customer focus mindset and willingness to help and find solutions with motivation to pick up new skills, having a positive, proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Open, interested and outgoing personality with a high sense of responsibility and elaborated communication skills
• Very good written and verbal German and English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus
