• Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY
• You support the strategic marketing team in the decision process to align on communication & touchpoint concepts according to the Marketing concepts and overarching brand strategy
• Assist in developing creative concepts that perform well in research and contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support the creation and execution of Brand Communication Concepts across various touchpoints
• Shape On- & Offline touchpoint Communication Strategies and collaborate with agencies
• You work closely with the global marketing teams to manage platforms and ensure alignment across teams

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in communication or marketing, ideally through internships, student jobs, or entry-level positions
• A confident and engaging personality with a high level of enthusiasm. Self-driven, structured, and analytical with a proactive approach
• Personality and working style
• Fluent in English, German is a plus

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage program for committed Bachelor graduates who wish . The first phase, the so-called company phase, consists of 12 - max. 18 months of practical experience to familiarize students with technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's program, which is continued on a part-time basis. This phase includes additional events and seminars as well as personal support on the way to a successful degree
