You will contribute to process documentation, systems support, and data organization, while collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders. • Support the designing & continuous improvement and optimization of business processes
• Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, including standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams and trainings
• Support the team with daily ongoing systems support
• Assist in the organization and management of the team’s data resources to have it immediately accessible for analysis
• Develop and build knowledge management capabilities to facilitate best practices across teams and countries
• Assist in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across all operation teams

• Enrolled on University degree in the field of a business related study
• Solution oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of personal accountability
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
