Internship Touristic Sales CH (limited 6-8 months, 80-100%, all genders)

Our Touristic Sales team is responsible for managing, monitoring and developing Swiss touristic B2B accounts on behalf of SWISS and all airlines from Lufthansa Group and our joint-venture partners. In your internship you’ll get to know many and varied duties / processes of key account management.

  • Supporting our key account managers in their account management and development duties
  • Handling of inquiries from commercial customers
  • Handling of ad-hoc assignments, such as presentations and analyses for communication or decision-making purposes
  • Coordinating sales activities and events in collaboration with B2B Marketing
  • Representing SWISS and the Lufthansa Group at B2B and B2C events
  • Researching market trends and/or best practices and developing own summaries and conclusions
  • Assuming project responsibility for specific topic areas
  • Plan, participate and document various meetings with various internal and external stakeholders within the Joint Venture context
  • Shape innovative ideas and concepts to propel the sales of Sustainable Aviation Fuels

  • HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in business administration or related fields
  • A well-structured working approach, conceptual skills and an analytical thinking capacity
  • A flair for communication and confidence with customers
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Teams and PowerPoint)
  • A very good spoken and written command of German and English, with further languages an advantage
  • A swift grasp of essentials, initiative and the ability to work in a team
  • Industry knowledge would be a further advantage
