You will support our team by working on various tasks and projects, including data analysis, reporting, and supporting team members.

Additionally, you will have opportunities to contribute to process improvement initiatives and make a tangible impact.

• Analyzing and visualizing financial data to support decision-making.
• Optimizing and documenting financial accounting processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially in General Ledger Accounting and Outstation Management (approximatively 40 stations worldwide).
• Support various projects, to drive process improvements
• Drive communication improvement initiatives.

• Workload Specification: For this position, an 100% workload is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in business administration or related field.
• Ability to independently drive and develop new topics with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proactive and reliable working ethic with a hands-on mentality.
• A process-oriented thinking approach with open-minded personality for working with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• MS Office skills (O-365 preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus.
