• Assist in the design and refinement of methodologies for assessing AI risks to enhance safety and reliability.
• Support evaluations of AI systems to ensure their usage is responsible, ethical, and transparent.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, interdisciplinary team to proactively address and mitigate AI-related risks.
• Contribute to the development of AI risk management practice across various services.

This is what makes you successful

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program, such as AI, machine learning, AI risk management, computer science, or similar.
• Strong foundational technical knowledge in AI, LLMs, machine learning.
• Interest in AI ethics, risk management and governance.
• Independent thinking and curiosity for continuous development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced English skills, German or any other language is a plus.
• Process engineering / Business process modeling is a plus.
• Project management / Teamwork / Risk management experience is a plus.
• ServiceNow knowledge or skills is a plus.
