Tasks

• Evolve and implement IT security awareness programs, workshops, and e-learning modules
• Plan and assess phishing tests to improve employees' awareness of cyber threats
• Create engaging security-related content, including newsletters, presentations, and videos
• Identify gaps in security awareness and develop strategies to address them
• Support security champions and build a strong community to enhance IT security awareness
• Analyze and report on awareness initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Initial practical experience in IT security, preferably in the awareness domain (e.g. Internships or student roles)
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication or a related field
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
• A high proficiency in written and spoken English is a must, knowledge of German is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a truly multinational team, distributed over the globe
