Systems Software Internship

Embotech is an award-winning software scale-up developing cutting edge autonomous driving technology and solutions for autonomous vehicles, with focus on private ground applications such as trucks at port terminals and passenger cars in factories. We are delivering safe autonomous transportation by leveraging the real-time optimization technology that we have been developing since 2012. We are looking for an intern who is passionate about getting real complex systems to work. You will join the Safety & Systems Engineering (SSE) team to play an important role in deploying series of full-stack autonomous driving systems for private grounds, using elements from Embotech's core autonomous driving tech and elements from external suppliers. Your role will involve development, integration and testing of autonomous driving components and the full-stack autonomous driving system on our testing vehicles. Responsibilities

• Develop well-tested and documented
• Studies in robotics, electrical or mechanical software for autonomous driving on private grounds, cs or similar field.
• Experience with real-world deployments.
• Deploy our software and systems in our testing vehicles at our own and customer's sites.
• Proficiency in C++ or Rust and Python.
• Experience with at least 2 of the following:
• Real-world software deployments.
• Systems and software testing using simulation.
• Robotics algorithms and integration of tests in CI.
• Network communication protocols.
• Developing diagnostics software.
• Mechanical and electrical design.
• Log data analysis and on-site problem solving.
• Self-driven team player with hands-on mentality.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

The duration of the position is limited to 6 months. Our preferred starting time for this position is ASAP.
