Your new responsibilities
- Working on the development and implementation of new innovative and digital portfolio initiatives across the globe
- Active involvement in the development of Industry 4.0: developing concepts for the digitalization of service processes and being involved in their implementation
- Independently implement sub-projects in the SAFe/ agile development environment, working at the intersection between business and IT
- Actively provide support in the planning and organization of international workshops
- Take on a range of (sub) tasks, including change management, requirements engineering, KPI monitoring, data / process standardization, and assist with implementation in the Europe, America and Asia regions
- Develop regular communications content and manage internal communication channels
- Develop functional content for the project team
- Support the project team in administrative and strategic tasks. Flexible and remote working possible
Your talents and experience
- Enrolled at a Swiss University or University of Applied Sciences, studying economics, business informatics, information science, data science, digital media management, digital business management, or business engineering. You have reached your fourth semester as a minimum or you are taking a break between your bachelor's and master’s degree
- Have basic knowledge of project management, change management and agile working methods
- Possess a “digital first” mindset
- Have a keen interest in new (IT) technologies Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure is advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to analyze with a structured, independent way of working
- Fluent written and spoken English, German an advantage
