Communication & Event Internship (limited 6 months, 50%, all genders)

As an intern to the SWISS Geneva marketing team, you will work under the supervision of the experts and support them with following duties:

• Assess and respond to sponsorship requests (via sponsoring tool or several mailboxes),
• Manage administrative tasks related to sponsorships and partnerships (contract redaction, signature submission, invoicing and filing),
• Create and coordinate SWISS activations for different audiences (e.g. Events, sponsorships, partnerships),
• Support project planning, follow-up on actions, and help with on-site event coordination,
• Assist with the implementation of an internal communication plan and help coordinate contents for internal and external channels,
• Write engaging articles for our internal communication,
• Ensure a regular update of our intranet by adding new content.

• Degree of employment: for this position, 50% degree of employment is required
• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) preferably in Events planning, Marketing and Communication.
• An internship convention from your school is needed

• Mother tongue French, very good writing skills in French
• Very good spoken and written English skills
