• Fresh Minds Wanted: recent university graduates or on the brink of graduation (Bachelor or Masters) in any field – we love unconventional!
• Experience on the CV: up to 2 years of hands-on experience (internships, side gigs, projects, etc.) - we value real-world know-how!
• Language Mastery: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
