Jobbeschreibung

Based on the LHG customer strategy, the role develops the strategic roadmap for all SWISS customer topics and marketing activities, with the goal of maintaining and further developing an attractive and successful brand.

  • Develop and secure SWISS brand & design strategy as well as strengthen brand consistency along all touchpoints
  • Responsible for the end-to-end hub experience at Zurich & Geneva and align with internal/external interfaces to guarantee smooth and customer centric processes at the airport
  • Define and manage the SWISS hospitality and service approach
  • Responsible for SWISS F&B strategy, translate catering into a brand and customer experience
  • Deliver SWISS Premium Customer Services, including the brand specific relationship building with LH HON Circle members and further priority customers
  • Translate the brand positioning into a relevant, customer centric and appealing 360 marketing communication approach with a personalized, digital and offline spectrum
